Ingredients

  • 350g flour
  • 120ml warm milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Powdered sugar and oil

Method

  1. Mix a soft enriched dough and let it rise until doubled.
  2. Roll and cut into squares.
  3. Fry in hot oil until puffed and golden on both sides.
  4. Drain and bury in powdered sugar while warm.
