Ingredients
- 350g flour
- 120ml warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp yeast
- 2 tbsp butter
- Powdered sugar and oil
Method
- Mix a soft enriched dough and let it rise until doubled.
- Roll and cut into squares.
- Fry in hot oil until puffed and golden on both sides.
- Drain and bury in powdered sugar while warm.
