These Terms govern your use of https://kesrichardson.com and the Richardson Recipe Club, operated by RICHARDSON REFRESHMENTS, LLC. By using the site or a membership, you agree to these Terms.

Membership and billing

Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $7.99 per month and an annual plan at $79.99 per year. New members may start a 30-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and your payment method is charged.

Auto-renewal in plain language

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period (each month for monthly plans, each year for annual plans) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will charge your payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.

How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your account page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except as described in our Refund Policy.

Store purchases

Prices for store products are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

All recipes, text, images, and branding are owned by RICHARDSON REFRESHMENTS, LLC or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, scrape, or resell our content without written permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Arbitration and class action waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and you and we waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RICHARDSON REFRESHMENTS, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
