Memberships
Your 30-day free trial means you can explore the entire club at no cost. If you are charged after a trial and contact us within 30 days of that charge, we will refund your most recent membership payment. Cancel anytime from your account page to prevent future charges.
Store products
Unused store products in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email info@kesrichardson.com with your order number to start a return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Return window
The return window is 30 days from the delivery date. Items sent back after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, perishable goods and pantry consumables that have been opened cannot be returned. Digital content and downloads are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by law. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
