Salmon Sushi Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 200g sushi-grade salmon
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- Nori sheets
- Soy, wasabi, and pickled ginger
Method
- Cook the rice and fold through seasoned rice vinegar, then cool.
- Spread rice over nori on a bamboo mat.
- Lay salmon and cucumber along the edge and roll tightly.
- Slice with a wet knife and serve with soy, wasabi, and ginger.
