Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 200g sushi-grade salmon
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • Nori sheets
  • Soy, wasabi, and pickled ginger

Method

  1. Cook the rice and fold through seasoned rice vinegar, then cool.
  2. Spread rice over nori on a bamboo mat.
  3. Lay salmon and cucumber along the edge and roll tightly.
  4. Slice with a wet knife and serve with soy, wasabi, and ginger.
