  • 400g shrimp
  • 6 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 dried chili
  • 120ml olive oil
  • Splash of sherry
  • Parsley
  • Crusty bread

Method

  1. Warm the olive oil with garlic and chili until fragrant.
  2. Add the shrimp and cook until just pink.
  3. Splash in sherry and let it bubble.
  4. Scatter parsley and serve sizzling with bread.
