Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Soy, garlic, and ginger
  • Rice vinegar
  • Sesame seeds

Method

  1. Coat the wings in cornstarch for an extra-crisp shell.
  2. Fry once at medium, rest, then fry again hot until shatteringly crisp.
  3. Simmer gochujang, honey, soy, and garlic into a glossy sauce.
  4. Toss the wings in the glaze and finish with sesame.
