Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 200g beef, minced
  • Spinach, carrot, mushroom, bean sprouts
  • 4 eggs
  • Gochujang and sesame oil
  • Soy and garlic
  • Sesame seeds

Method

  1. Season and cook each vegetable separately for distinct flavors.
  2. Stir-fry the beef with soy and garlic.
  3. Arrange rice in bowls topped with vegetables and beef.
  4. Crown with a fried egg and a spoon of gochujang.
