Ingredients

  • 8 rice paper wrappers
  • 200g cooked shrimp, halved
  • 100g vermicelli noodles
  • Lettuce, mint, and cilantro
  • Carrot, julienned
  • Peanut dipping sauce

Method

  1. Soften each rice paper in warm water until pliable.
  2. Lay shrimp, noodles, herbs, and carrot near one edge.
  3. Roll tightly, folding in the sides like a burrito.
  4. Serve fresh with peanut dipping sauce.
