- 200g milk powder
- 50g flour
- 2 tbsp ghee
- Milk to bind
- 300g sugar
- 240ml water
- Cardamom and rose water
Method
- Make a soft dough from milk powder, flour, ghee, and milk.
- Roll into smooth crack-free balls.
- Fry gently over low heat until evenly deep golden.
- Soak the hot jamun in warm cardamom-rose syrup until plump.
