Ingredients

  • 200g milk powder
  • 50g flour
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Milk to bind
  • 300g sugar
  • 240ml water
  • Cardamom and rose water

Method

  1. Make a soft dough from milk powder, flour, ghee, and milk.
  2. Roll into smooth crack-free balls.
  3. Fry gently over low heat until evenly deep golden.
  4. Soak the hot jamun in warm cardamom-rose syrup until plump.
