Ingredients

  • 600g chicken thigh, cubed
  • 200g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 400g tomato puree
  • 100ml cream
  • 50g butter
  • Garam masala, turmeric, and chili

Method

  1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, spices, and ginger-garlic for an hour.
  2. Char the chicken in a hot pan until lightly blistered.
  3. Simmer tomato puree with spices and butter into a rich gravy.
  4. Stir in cream and the chicken and simmer until thick and glossy.
