Ingredients
- 600g chicken thigh, cubed
- 200g yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 400g tomato puree
- 100ml cream
- 50g butter
- Garam masala, turmeric, and chili
Method
- Marinate the chicken in yogurt, spices, and ginger-garlic for an hour.
- Char the chicken in a hot pan until lightly blistered.
- Simmer tomato puree with spices and butter into a rich gravy.
- Stir in cream and the chicken and simmer until thick and glossy.
