Ingredients

  • 200g ground pork
  • 100g shrimp, chopped
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 1.5L chicken stock
  • Soy sauce and sesame oil
  • Bok choy and spring onion

Method

  1. Mix pork, shrimp, ginger, and seasonings into a smooth filling.
  2. Wrap a teaspoon of filling in each wonton, sealing the edges.
  3. Simmer the stock with ginger and a splash of soy.
  4. Poach the wontons until they float, add bok choy, and ladle into bowls.
