- 3 eggs
- 240ml corn syrup
- 100g brown sugar
- 60g browned butter
- Vanilla and salt
Method
- Toast the pecans and arrange in the crust.
- Whisk eggs, syrup, sugar, browned butter, and vanilla.
- Pour over the pecans so they float to the top.
- Bake until the center is just set with a slight jiggle.
